Did Switching to a Futon Actually Improve My Spine Health?

I’ve actually been thinking about this for quite a while...
But I kept putting it off — afraid I might make the wrong decision 😅
Until last month… I finally made the switch to a futon!
Honestly, the first 3 nights were a bit rough…
It literally felt like I was sleeping right on the floor (and I was already using a pretty firm mattress before this)
I started wondering… what now? Do I have to buy back a bed frame and mattress again...???
But… after two weeks, my smart body adapted quickly!
Now every morning when I wake up, I feel this soft sense of relaxation in my body — it feels amazing!!
I also no longer toss and turn at night, trying to find the most comfortable sleeping position.
And I’ve noticed a clear difference in my spine health — I used to wake up with occasional lower back soreness, and now that’s almost completely gone!
Of course, I’ve also been doing Stretch Therapy and mobility training, and I feel like combining them with sleeping on the futon has made a big difference for my spinal health.
It’s easier to relax during sleep, and I don’t feel as tired when I wake up. I’d say overall, my spine health has definitely improved.
In 2-3 more months, I’ll update you again to see how my body and sleep quality have changed — and whether my spinal health improves even further!
Love 💛
Czon ✌🏻
