Q. I have absolutely no experience with stretching or mindfulness practices, can I still join? A. Absolutely! The workshop is designed to suit adults of all ages and backgrounds. Stretch Therapy™ focuses on body awareness and the feeling of relaxation, so you don’t need to worry about whether you can perform a specific movement or have enough experience to participate.
Q. I have certain health conditions, can I join? A. Please consult your primary doctor to confirm whether stretching and breathing exercises are suitable for your condition.
