Is this retreat open to all ages and fitness levels?
This retreat is designed for adults over 18, and of all fitness levels. The stretching, movement practices are simple to learn and can be modified towards any fitness level, even if you haven't worked out in a long time. If you are unsure, send me a message!
Are flights included?
No, flights are not included. You will have to make your own way to the retreat or Melbourne CBD to catch the 11-seater transfer.
Is there free time at the retreat?
Yes! All classes and activities are optimally spaced to allow for recharge and refresh.
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, no refund or credit for cancellation, no show, late arrival or early departure, As a small business, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. (See Full Terms & Conditions)
Do i have to attend all classe and activities ?
There is no requirement to join all the sessions each day, do your best to join into the practices and if you need to take some time or a day off, feel free to take as much time as you would like to relax and recharge.
Do I need travel insurance for this retreat?
Yes, adequate travel insurance is required to attend this retreat.
Is drinking/alcohol allowed?
The retreat is to reconnect and revitalize yourself, therefore drinking is not allowed.
