My Zen Experience on Awaji Island - Zenbo Seinei

Growth is a value that is very important to me, and I believe that by learning different things, I can continue to improve.

I also have a great love for traveling because each time I visit a different country, not only do I get to see new things, but I also get to experience different cultures and lifestyles.

This time, I visited Zenbo Seinei on Awaji Island, Japan, for a Zen meditation experience, marking another step in my journey of both exploring the world and growing internally!

Based on my research and understanding, Zen is a practice that teaches us to live in the present, with a focus on cultivating inner peace and concentration. Zen meditation helps us let go of past regrets and future anxieties, guiding us to focus on the present moment.

Through Zen practices like meditation and mindfulness, we can achieve inner peace and clarity.

Zen is not just a religion; it's a way of life that helps us face the challenges of everyday life with greater clarity and awareness.

Zenbo Seinei on Awaji Island is a perfect place for Zen meditation, offering a tranquil environment to completely relax both body and mind. The architecture, designed by a famous architect, blends seamlessly with the surrounding natural landscape, creating a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere.

As a visitor, I had the opportunity to participate in Zen meditation and yoga sessions, as well as enjoy exquisite Shojin Ryori, a traditional Buddhist vegetarian cuisine. The entire experience left me feeling peaceful and fulfilled.

This place is perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and seek self-reflection and relaxation. I highly recommend visiting Zenbo Seinei to experience this serene space that coexists in harmony with nature.
